what you should know
The booking is binding after paying a deposit of 100.00 Euros per room.
There are no fees for cancellations made up to 2 months prior to arrival
We charge a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations between 2 months and 14 days prior to arrival
We charge 50% of the booked price for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival and for early departures
We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance.
For only 2.50 Euros per guest per day the insurance covers cancellation fees in case of illness, accident, or death (including parents, siblings, children)
Reductions for children/ youth are valid for the parents’ room or for the rooms that have several beds
The standard price is valid for double rooms - Cot available
The 3rd adult in the same room gets a reduction of 10%
Surcharge for single room 5.00 Euros
There is a surcharge of 3.00 Euros/ day for staying for less than 3 days
The room can be checked into from 2.00 p.m. onwards
Please call in case of late arrival (after 5.00 p.m.)
